Dillon Design Studio is a full-service Interior Design firm where PASSION meets DESIGN. We specialize in Hospitality, Multifamily, and Residential design. Our boutique characteristics enhances the experience in delivering a successful design and process for our clients.

Our personalized experience is curated to each client and catered to their needs. Our designers are highly qualified with an expertise in crafting a very intentional vision. We emphasize a focus on interior architecture. During the earliest phase we carefully consider the core, including the programming and volume of the space. This then influences the outer layer, through the finishes, lighting and furniture.

INTERIOR DESIGN

With a specialty in interior architecture, we develop the program, space plan and volume to enhance various finish and design elements and create impactful designs. BIM 360 + Revit are utilized to collaborate with consultants and develop detailed drawings to clearly convey the design intent to the client & construction team.

FURNITURE DESIGN + PROCUREMENT

The final layer to the design, being the furniture and procurement services. This includes selecting and procuring furniture, area rugs, lamps, window treatment, artwork and accessories. We consult with a well-reputable warehousing and installation company who bring their expertise and efficiency to the installation.

PROCESS

  • We begin with a collaborative session with our client and consultants, where we share a variety of visual images & physical finish samples to inspire the design direction.

    Together we create the identity of the project. We develop a blocking plan while thinking through the volume of the space & various design features.

  • Our vision is brought to light as we develop the plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations & coordinate with the consultants on the design.

    We present visual images, finish samples, lighting selections & 3D sketch views to provide our clients with a clear understanding of the design progress.

  • We pride ourselves in our detailed drawing documents including reflected ceiling plans, power communication, plumbing, equipment, and finish plans, specifications for finishes, lighting, plumbing, equipment, door/hardware & millwork details.

    We work closely with consultants to ensure the overall design intent is cohesive & coordinated.

  • As the construction begins we work closely with the contractors in answering request for information, submittals & shop drawings in a timely manor.

    We conduct site visits during various phases of the construction to monitor & ensure the construction and quality is per our drawings & meets the design intention.

  • We select furniture, drapery, artwork & accessories, from our wide variety of furniture resources. We present our selections through a visual presentation including images of each item.

    We work directly with a highly reputable furniture procurement, receiving and installation consultant.
